I delivered a chlorinator that had suffered a lightening strike for repair fully expecting to have to buy a new unit. The unit was repaired, tested and cleaned within a couple of hours while we did some sightseeing around Ulladulla. I have delt with this company twice in the last 8 years for repair work on my solar controller both times they have fixed both issues with in 24 hours , they have never tried to up sell better product or rip me of in any way, there customer service is next to excellent if I was to ever build another pool I would go out of my way to buy there products to suit.

I have had excellent service from the team at autumn solar. Steve Merrett the owner personally installed the solar paneling on my roof, he even replaced some old broken tiles I had. He wouldn't take payment for 14 days until I was satisfied my solar was working to my expectation. I couldn't recommend them more highly. They arrived at the exact date and time as arranged, were totally professional and neat and tidy. at the end of the job, they left my home as clean as it was when they arrived.
